Advanced Aircraft Service

Hobbs 2234.7

Removed, cleaned, inspected and rotated bottom L/H spark plugs.

Reinstalled spark plugs with new washers. P/N: M674

Installed new noise supressor on alterator P/N: S1915-3.

Operational check performed. No abnormalities noted at this time.

All work was performed in accordance to all current applicable service manuals.

I certify these repairs have been completed and were determined to be in an airworthy condition at this time and retum to service.

08/25/2025

Advance Aircraft Service

Performed Annual Inspection in accordance with the Cirrus SR22 service manual and Advanced Aircraft Service inspection guide.

Drained oil in accordance with CSB07-01A, section Il, paragraph 1(a-c). No abnormal/excessive wear material, metal fragments or debris found.

Sent sample to Blackstone for oil analysis.

Removed, inspected and replaced with new oil filter P/N: AA48108-2

Inspected oil filter screen, no abnormalities noted at this time.

Installed new crush gasket P/N: AN900-10 on oil screen and safety wired.

Service engine with 7 quarts of Aeroshell 100w.

Compression checks as follows: #1: 78/80, #2: 78/80, #3 78/80, #4: 68/80, #5: 70/80, #6: 70/80.

Removed, inspected, cleaned, gapped, and rotated all spark plugs.

Replaced one spark plug with new P/N: URHB32E.

Cleaned fuel screen. No abnormalities noted at this time.

Removed, cleaned, inspected and replaced O-rings and gaskets with new on all fuel injectors.

Pressure tested exhaust.

Lubricated all engine controls and verified correct motion and full range of travel..

Solvent washed engine.

Performed ground run-up and leak checked, no abnormalities noted at this time.

Complied with TAT SI08-01 (Clean Crankcase Breather Tube Inlet On Tailpipe) Cleaned with nylon brush and reinstalled hose.

Complied with TAT S08-04 (Cabin Heat Augmenter/Tailpipe Inspection) Both L/R augmenter tubes held 15psi for 5 minutes. No leaks present.

Complied with TAT SI08-05 (Air Filter Cleaning Method Cleaned air filter with approved cleaner and oiled filter with approved oil.

Complied with TAT SB09-01 (Inspection Of Exhaust For Cracks) No cracks or abnormalities noted at this time.

Complied with TAT SB10-01 (Alternate Air Door Inspection) Inspected hinges, welded hinge pin installed, no excessive movement found.

Complied with TAT SB10-02 (Tailpipe Hanger Replacement No cracks found on L/R bracket.

Complied with TAT SI11-01 (Exhaust Slip Joint Connection) All slip joints allow movement, none show signs of visible wear or soot on exhaust.

Complied with TAT S/11-03 (Turbocharger Support System Inspection) No excessive wear found, all parts within limits. Installed turbo support rods and new heat shield.

Complied with TAT SB11-04 (Turbocharger Inlet Screen) N/A different inlet check valve installed. SB does not apply.

Complied with TAT SB08-02 (Metal Corrosion On PRVY-Tube) Installed anti wear patch to PRVY-Tube.

Complied with TAT SI11-08 (Approved Spark Plugs) Approved spark plugs are installed per SB.

Complied with TAT SB12-02 (Engine Driven Fuel Pump Check For Leaks) No leaks found.

Complied with TAT SI15-01 (Manifold Pressure Overshoot On Takeoff) Oil hose is the larger size as specified in the SB.

Complied with AD2023-09-09(V Band Coupling Inspection) No cracks found on V Band clamps.

Complied with MSB18-08C (Intake Push rod Boss) Only #5 cylinder is affected and PCW with "stamp S" on intake boss.

All work was performed in accordance to all current applicable service manuals.

I certify this Engine has been inspected IAW FAR part 43 Appendix D, using current aircraft maintenance manuals as a guide to complete a Annual Inspection and was determined to be in an airworthy condition at this time and return to service. End

Advance Aircraft Service

Removed and relaced with new #6 cylinder innercylinder baffle P/N: ETI-G2-801-101

Ground run performed. No abnormalities noted at this time.

This installation was performed in accordance to all current applicable service manuals.

I certify this installation has been done and it was determined to be in an airworthy condition at this time and return to service.

Advance Aircraft Service

Drained oil per CSB 07-01A under "II. Oil Change" paragraph 1a-c, no abnormal/excessive wear material, metal fragments or debris was found.

Took sample for Blackstone analysis.

Removed and inspected oil filter screen, no abnormalities noted at this time.

Installed and saftey wired new oil filter P/N: AA48108-2.

Serviced engine with 7 quarts of Aeroshell 100w oil.

Solvent washed engine.

Ground run completed and checked for leaks. No abnormalities noted.

All work was performed in accordance to all current applicable service manuals.

I certify these repairs have been completed and were determined to be in an airworthy condition at this time and return to service. End
