I am offering a Piper PA23 Apache, Control Wheel, Yoke and Shaft.  The shaft is discolored and peeling.  It's been neglected in an old aircraft for years.   I stand behind what I sell.  As with everything I sell, this may be returned for a full refund for any reason.
