This 220-HP, Continental
R-670-4, 7-cylinder radial is priced so that you can speculate on getting major
parts out of it, or use it for a coffee table or other display. That nice stand
goes with it.
The engine includes
the valuable Duplex oil pump but no scavenge pump, generator step-up drive or
other accessories.
Engine does not
turn over. At least some of the cylinder base nuts are removed and it looks
like someone tried to pull a cylinder off. Push rods and covers and intake
pipes are also removed but included. Nothing guaranteed, but it’s surprising
how things can loosen up if you fill the cylinders with penetrant or even
kerosene and let it soak a while!
