Serviceable- marked as operational by a mechanic. Often happens to parts that are removed in a troubleshooting process.
As removed- as removed from aircraft. Assumed to be operational but not tested or guaranteed airworthy.
For parts, Repairable- part is inoperative. To be used for parts, as a core, or needs to be repaired.
