Not a Plastic Copy! It is a “Brass Original”

Original Brass 2-sided Information Propeller Control “ENGINE REVOLUTIONS” and “PITCH” DATA Plate (5M159) as used on various WWII era Military Aircraft Shakespeare Throttle Quadrants.

Side one:

Shakespeare Throttle Quadrants, in various configurations, were utilized in most WWII era military fighter and trainer aircraft. In my research, I found that these 2-sided Information “Original Brass” Data Plates were used on some Shakespeare throttle quadrants such as in P-40 Warhawk, BT-13’s, AT-6’s, SNJ’s and 3-lever Stearman quadrants. I have also seen them on CAC Boomerang and CAC-6 Wacket Quadrants.

Original Data Plate was removed from salvaged Shakespeare throttle quadrants in good “as removed” condition and may need re-detailing. The first photo shows one side and the second photo is of the other side with parts manual page in background showing where it fits. The one you receive may not be the one in the photo, but it will be in-like condition.
