I acquired this about a year ago from an organization, and it's been sitting on a shelf since. Recently, I figured I don't have a use for it and would like to get rid of it. I was able to test it, and it does output, but I wasn't able to test it to the full range. It looks good with some blemishes, but the shaft spins freely and has no play. I don't think it's actually been run but I don't know 100%.
