Dear Sir/Madam,

I refer to your previous responses regarding the £750 voucher.

I must clarify again that this matter is not related to a lost receipt. I remain in possession of the original voucher, and despite this, it has been redeemed without my knowledge or consent.

This has already been formally reported to Action Fraud (Crime Reference Number: RF26010059910C).

Given these facts, it is clear that:

• the voucher remains in my possession,
• the use of the voucher was unauthorised, and
• no proper investigation or explanation has been provided by your company.

Your continued delay in addressing the core issue is unacceptable.

I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with you.

Please treat this as my final attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 14 days — either reimbursement of £750 or reissuance of a valid voucher — I will proceed with legal action through the Small Claims Court without further notice.

I will also escalate this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

I trust you will now take this matter seriously and respond accordingly.
