This is a Lycoming IO540 6 cylinder engine crankshaft. Model number LW 17626. All the other numbers are in the picture section.
It is counter weighted and according to the numbers on the flange was done by Rick Roman aircraft services.
It appears that was never run after the overhaul, unfortunately I don’t have any paper work that goes with it.
