It was working fine when removed, but there is some bearing noise and a small dent (see picture) in the cooling fan. I've attached a video, hopefully that works, with audio showing the bearing noise and spin down.

Your A&P may determine this is airworthy as-is or in a repairable state (Green tag). Personally I'd send it to the local alternator shop and get a fresh 8130-3 and have priced it accordingly.
