This is the original reproduction part.  Others have copied, but this one has sold tons, nothing but positive feedback, take a look!  I have optimized the design of the part to match the original as much as possible but have also made it stronger through adding specific design features.  I am a mechanical engineer and take pride in my designs and make sure they are 100% the best on the market.  My  material has been tested and proved safe and effective.  This design purposely doesn't have holes to allow you to align with existing holes or make new holes in different locations.  Trust me, this is needed.   Over 40 sold!   

Aftermarket cabin heat vent trim. Similar to PN 0515020-1. This component is positioned forward of the A-pillar near the floor area. Designed with an enlarged top lip to accommodate added space for mounting to duct sheet metal. Constructed from high-strength, high-temperature 3D printed plastic. Sold under FAR 21.9 and in accordance with AC 20-62E guidance for owner-produced and replacement parts. Part numbers are provided for identification only. Installer is solely responsible for determining airworthiness, legality of installation, and applicability in aircraft.
