I am not a pilot, or ap mechanic, and had no reason to buy a plane other than a lack of self control and poor decision making skills
I dont know much about it, unfortunately it has been stored outside since 2009 so it is rough, but does appear to be complete, i have all the seats, and it has what seem to be complete logbooks from time of purchase.
before i go remove the engines and wings to trailer it to my shop to part out, I figured I would see if any aircraft enthusiasts wanted a project or need an entire plane worth of spare parts
there are some loose rivets on some of the sheet metal, so the airframe likely has some corrosion. the plane was very well maintained up to around 2007 sold to someone that flew it to the airstrip it is currently at, then deemed there to be an issue with both engines and props, the governors were both serviced a year prior, and the sheet outlining the required repairs is missing from the logs.
would be a cool restoration project for someone with time and money, and is very complete, so if you already have a 310h it is perfect for spare parts, it would also make a very cool tree house/air bnb.
