Currently, the airplane is going through an annual inspection at San Carlos Flight Center at the SQL airport (just 12 miles south of SFO airport). During the inspection, it was found that the CAMSHAFT has some corrosion and pitting. It was suggested to either do an IRAN or a TOP OVERHAUL or a complete OVERHAUL. I would like to sell the airplane at a discounted price AS IS for the new owner to decide what to do with the engine. Airframe total time approximately 4300 hours and the Continental IO 520K engine has around 940 hours. Propeller was overhauled during the last annual inspection on January 2025 and it has about 25 hours.  ADSB, GNS 430 (needs updating / repair) and Autopilot. The airplane flies very nicely.
