This particular valve came out of a Lycoming steel bore O-320 cylinder. The valve looks great with exception to some pitting on the stem, which is pretty common and why these are typically mandatory replace on overhaul.

Use your discretion. Fresh 45 deg grind on the face, and margin is well within service limit.
