I am unsure of the part number because I don't see a dataplate on it.  It came off a crash damaged -34AG that subsequently started on fire too.  So its ugly, but not melted.  The plastic coupler is still in good shape and the shaft turns easily and smooth.  Its just broken and charred.  Parts only.
