Performed a 100 Hour Inspection in accordance with FAR 43 Appendix D with reference to Lycoming OHM

Performed compression Test with the following results: 1: 73/80 2: 76/80 3: 78/80 4: 77/80. Removed Spark plugs, Cleaned, gapped, and tested. Reinstalled spark plugs oil Change: Drained oil, Removed Challaneger reusable filter and inspected. No abnormalities found reinstalled oil filter and safety wired. Added 7 Qts. Phillips XC 20W50.

1. C.W with all AD's See AD report dated 7/13/2025.

2. Noted Intake leak from Cylinder 2 intake boot. Band loose. Tightened band clamp.

Replaced air filter with new element.

Ran engine, performed runup, mag check, leak check, and ops check good.

I certify that this Engine has been inspected IAW a 100 hour inspection and was determined to be in airworthy condition...

1. R/R Cylinder 1,3 top and bottom plugs with new Tempest URHM-40E.

2. R/R Cylinder 4 top plug with new Tempest URHM-40E

3. Timed LH and RH mags to 25 Degrees BTDC.

4. Adjusted carb Idle air mixture, Adjusted idle.

Performed runup, mag check within specified limits. Idle and air mixture check good

5. All work done IAW Lycoming OHM. This aircraft is RTS only for the work described.
