Completed a 100 HR/Annual Inspection this date Ref CDC SR22 AMM 5-20 and Continental Aerospace Technologies M-0. Performed a cylinder compression check Ref. TCM SB03-3 using differential compression tester with a calibrated orifice value of 46 PSI with results as follows: #1/71, 2/78, 3/78, 4/78, 5/76, 6/78 over 80 PSI. Checked magneto timing. Installed (12) new spark plugs P/N URHB32E. Function check satisfactory. Inspected and tested Continuous Flow Fuel Injection system per Continental Aerospace Technologies M-16. Removed and cleaned all fuel injection nozzles. Reinstalled nozzles in their designated locations using (6) new O-rings P/N AS3578-010 IAW Continental AMM 10-2.4. Function check satisfactory. Inspected intake and exhaust system for leaks. Checked ADs thru BW 2023-20. Continental Aerospace Technologies, Inc. S-1200 Series Magneto AD 2022-16-03 (Amendment 39-22132) is N/A by Engine Model No. and affected magneto is not installed. Intake Valve Failure AD 2023-02-12 (Amendment 39-22319) is N/A by affected cylinder or valves are not installed. AD 2023-04-08 (Amendment 39-22355) is superseded by AD 2023-05-16 (Amendment 39-22385)
"Continental Aerospace Technologies, Inc. Reciprocating Engines" is N/A by affected crankshaft S/N is not installed per Continental Mandatory Service Bulletin MSB23-01A, dated February 16, 2023. Failure of Spot-Welded, Multi-Segment, V-Band Couplings AD 2023-09-09 (Amendment 39-22432) is N/A by Engine is not turbocharged and equipped with affected parts.... C/W Continental Aerospace Technologies CSB05-8D "Camshaft Gear Inspection".
Inspected the camshaft gear to identify installed part number and possible camshaft gear tooth fracture. Performed "Visual Inspection" and "Gear Tooth Inspection". No fractures or cracks found. Note: aircraft has affected camshaft gear P/N 656031. Next inspection due Hobbs: 3482.5.... Installed new crankshaft nose seal P/N 641250. and new O-ring P/N C-3317-228. Leak check satisfactory. Adjusted idle speed to 750 RPM. I certify that this Engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100 HR/Annual Inspection and was determined to be in Airworthy condition.

Aircraft sustained a prop strike crank flange dial out .001 well within service tolerances. crankshaft flange dye penetrant results no cracks noted.
