Please note that the early N model are flap speed limited to 85 kts (see different buy it now). They do not have the 110 kt (blue call out) marking in the 10 degree setting. See the limitations section (2) of your airplane specific POH under placards. it will clearly state the 110 kt blue call out if your airplane is approved for the higher flap speeds. The early N are not approved for 110 kts. these early model years are roughly 1977 & 1978 and have the 14 volt electronic system.
Also please note that if your 172N airplane has an upgraded engine (like the 0 360) or has a sea plane kit your airplane will likely be limited to 30 degrees. I also have these flap indicators as well. This buy it now is for the late model N with the 110 kt blue call out.
