I am offering a Piper Aztec, PA23-23 Lower Rudder Mount Hinge Stop Assembly, PN 16072.  It Casting and stop appear to be in great shape although the fiber pulleys need replacement.  As with everything I offer, this may be returned for a full refund, for any reason.
