This is a Cessna 182 F and 206H Control Lock with a Horizontal locking pin. Shop made by an A&P with 3/16 stainless steel rod and 32K aircraft aluminum paddle to cover the ignition switch, and markings to remind you to remove it before flight.
This lock is designed to fit a 182 F and a 206H with an ignition switch 7-8"to the left of the yoke and 5" down with a horizontal locking pin.
