1. Non-Airworthy Notice

This item is not certified as airworthy and not approved for installation on any certified aircraft intended for flight.

This product is offered solely for non-operational purposes, including static display, museum exhibition, educational training, simulator integration, experimental or collection use.

2. Intended Use Limitation

By purchasing this item the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the item(s) will be used only in non-flying applications and will not be installed on aircraft intended for flight or any system operating under civil aviation authority oversight.

3. No Regulatory Approval or Association

Products sold are independently designed and manufactured and are not certified, approved, endorsed, or associated with any aviation authority or original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Any reference to aircraft types, models, or trademarks (e.g., “Cessna 172”, “Boeing 737”) is provided for identification only and does not imply approval or association.

4. Description and Liability

We make every reasonable effort to describe items accurately. Descriptions and images are for identification purposes only.

The maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall be limited to the original purchase price in accordance with our return policy.

5. Buyer’s Acknowledgement

By purchasing, the buyer confirms that they:

have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;

acknowledge that the product(s) are non-airworthy and not intended for flight use;

accept full responsibility for the handling, integration, and use of the product(s) in accordance with the stated purpose.

 

6. Regulatory Disclaimer

These products are not designed, manufactured, or tested in accordance with EASA, FAA, or any other airworthiness standards, and are not subject to national aviation regulations.

6.1 Compliance With FAA Advisory Circular AC 21-29D (Articles, Materials, and Parts)

we sell and distribute all products strictly in accordance with the principles and allowances set forth in FAA Advisory Circular AC 21-29D, “Detecting and Reporting Suspected Unapproved Parts.”

All items offered for sale are clearly identified, advertised, and sold as non-approved, non-airworthy articles intended solely for the non-operational uses expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions. No product is represented as approved, airworthy, eligible for installation, or suitable for use on any aircraft or aircraft system intended for flight under FAA, EASA, or any other civil aviation authority oversight.

We do not misrepresent, conceal, or imply approval status, traceability, certification, or conformity. Responsibility for determining regulatory applicability, approval requirements, and lawful use of any product rests solely with the buyer.

The buyer acknowledges that the sale of such non-approved articles for non-aviation, educational, display, experimental, or collection purposes is permissible under applicable guidance, including AC 21-29D, provided that no representation of approval or airworthiness is made or implied.
