Up for auction is a one of a kind Canard trainer concept vehicle. I bought this with the idea to make a flight training boat vehicle to teach potential training pilots flight controls with the relative safety of a boat. The Canard needs a lot of fixes and finishing touches in order to operate. Included is a a Vanguard powered parachute aircraft engine that runs fine. There is something wrong with the propeller when it is started, it does not thrust properly, perhaps it was installed backward. What I know about the project It has stick and rudder controls which all have a level of functionality. Foot pedals control rudder stick controls pitch on the wings and lift on the front small wings. My guess is it was not engineered well enough to fly, I would not try this. I can say it is a one of a kind eye catching vehicle, someone basically put a lot of effort to add wings and flight controls to a canoe of some sort. Several of the hinges and joints need to be reworked. The vehicle is approximately 18' long and the wingspan is approximately 15' (See pictures)

Vanguard Pull start 16hp V twin Powered parachute motor in good working condition, starts every time. Hours unknown
The propellor does not see to have thrust I am not sure it was installed correctly.
