This is a spiral bound softcover book in average used condition. There is some age showing, chiefly on the front cover, inside front cover, and first page, which show age stains. The top of the spiral binding has pulled away from the holes, and part of the plastic binding has broken in the top 1" (something an office-supply company can replace). The other pages are in good to very good condition.
