Homemade experimental Air Intake/ Alternate Air deflector under construction. Could be intended for RV-9/9A or other RV. Has Flapper and lever installed, 2 clecos fastening lever to flapper, included. Lever drilled for cable or rod connection. Some minor fibreglass damage on mounting flange, repairable, I believe.
