Check out the paint!  It looks as good in person!  It's amazing it's 8 years old!  The interior is all original except for the carpet.  Check out the condition!  Also check out the glass.  It's two years old!  All of it!

The following options include; Tip strobes, shoulder harnesses, three year old STC'd Cleveland wheels and brakes, aux. power plug, abraison boots on tail, heated pitot, stainless steel screws including stainless steel camlock cowl fasners, stand-by vacuum system, Bracket air filter.

In the panel; King KMA-24 audio panel w/3LMB, duel King KX-155 nav-comms. with glide slope, King KN-64 DME, Northstar GPS coupled to a King KMD-540 MFD, King KT-71 digital transponder, Cessna 300 autopilot that works great!  A 4-place stereo intercom, Insight graphic engine monitor, Davtron digital O.A.T. gauge, Hamilton card compass, Electronics International digital CHT gauge and duel yoke mounted PTT's.

The aircraft was listed last week and removed due my not listing in the ad that the aircraft had some damage history.  Last year, the aircraft had the lightest gear up I have ever seen.  One skin was replaced, the engine was inspected I/A/W all A.D.s.  The prop was replaced with a three blade.  The two blade was a McCauley and zero cut off is allowed.  If it was a Hartzell, it would have been overhauled and put back into service.
