found the serial numbers for the PA22 on the TCDS on the FAA website.  Reviewed  that information Piper PA22 parts catalog for the Engine shroud, all of the effective aircraft serial numbers use the same exhaust shroud (P/N 12742-04).  completed a search of several aircraft part suppliers, the parts new range in price from $400 - $600.  To the best of my knowledge, this part should be acceptable to use on Piper PA22 with Lycoming engines installed.
