For Sale: Pair of long range aluminum tip tanks fabricated from military drop tanks for Beech Bonanza. Nominal capacity 80-90 gallons each, maximum 103 gallons each. New paint & sending units, calibrated for exact quantity indication with Osborne tip tank gage. Internal baffles stabilize fuel in turbulence. Include cradles for storage, infinitely adjustable for installation. This is the last set of aluminum tanks made by Frank Haile, Jr., with following sets made from fiberglass. Mr. Haile used these for 4 global circumnavigations and the current seller flew around the world with them in 2008.
