Aircraft Part Duke's 3425-00 Valve

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is not tagged as to the condition status or the aircraft type. It measures about  3 7/8" long. The ends are about 1 1/16" OD JIC fittings. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
