This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is not tagged as to the aircraft type or the condition status. It has hand written on it, "55 PA22 N2972P". We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
