Stratopower Hydraulic pump manufactured for Military Aircraft. Pump has no documentation and was not tagged as new. The pump appears as it has never been attached to aircraft. I noted that the driving gear has no signs of wear. The Drive Gear turns freely with no signs of grinding or abnormal function.
