Aircraft Bendix Fuel Injection Servo KIT 200 HP

This Fuel Injection Conversion Kit includes a newly re-manufactured Bendix Fuel Injection Servo for fitting a Lycoming IO360 or AIO-360 - 200 HP engines. These servo's are also used when converting O-360, O-320 and other Experimental performance aircraft applications. This is a servo kit for retrofitting or replacing the complete carbureted, naturally aspirated engines with a fuel injection system. It is intended for the Experimental Aircraft owner wishing to revamp his induction system. The Bendix RSA-5 Servo has been rebuilt and completely calibrated by Bendix for the IO-360 or AIO-360 Lycoming Engine using Type Certified specifications. This is NOT currently (but certainly could be) a YELLOW TAGGED item for any Type Certified Aircraft. The original specification sheets of testing are supplied for this Model RSA-5AD1 Bendix Servo -    S/N# 23330 /4   P/N# 2524341-7  . This IS A PARTIAL CONVERSION KIT which ONLY includes: ( 1 ) RSA-5 Bendix Servo, ( 1 ) Bendix 6 port Fuel Divider  P/N #2524223-1  S/N # N849L (standard use is to block 2 ports for 4 cylinder engines ) , ( 4 ) NEW Fuel Injection Jets and the needed appropriate fittings. It also includes the line end fittings for making up your own 1/8" stainless tubing fuel injection feed lines. These line end fittings are silver soldered to the desired cut lengths of stainless 1/8" OD tubing ( not included ). If it is not pictured, it is not included. You will need other parts for your particular aircraft when converting from a carburetor system.

This retro-fit kit requires the knowledge of an experienced experimental or Type Certified Aircraft Mechanic. Much of the needed skills and knowledge are contained in many Experimental books and documents which are readily available from the EAA and its members as well as through lectures at various fly-ins.
