Cleveland 40-28D 600x6 or 6.00x6 Aluminum wheels for 1 1/2” axles. This pair of wheels is rated to 1500#. The wheels have good bearings and races. These wheels measure 5 5/16” overall width. Factory width is 5 3/4”. The previous owner narrowed these wheels on a lathe by 7/16”. They appear to have been narrowed to fit Cessna axles. The narrowing job was done extremely well. The lips line up with each other and look like factory and the wheels run true. If you want to put them back on citabria or piper axles you just need to create an axle nut spacer that is 1/2” long by 1 1/2” ID. The last photo shows the wheel on a Citabria axle and the distance it sticks out. Great condition.  They are made from aluminum, not the old magnesium and so resist corrosion better. Conversion coated then primed and painted with a 2 part epoxy primer.  Perfect for use on an experimental aircraft. Full refund in 30 days for any reason. I do not recommend running them with Alaska Bushwheels because the Bushwheels are designed for a full width rim. A tire and tube will adjust to these perfectly and no one would be able to tell the difference.
