due to list of discrepancies according to local aircraft shop. Cost of repairs

of new owners choosing (Local FAA FISDO) Cost of repairs has been taken into
account for the overall sale of aircraft.
A Non-refuned $1,000 Deposit will be required within 48hrs of
final sale.

Below are the items that are mandatory to fix in order to make the plane airworthy per local maintenance shop:
- Engine, carb, carb heat box, tanis pad and fuel line show evidence of recent carb fire
- Carb heat cable found installed incorrectly on heat box and improperly rigged
- Mixture cable found incorrectly rigged
- L&R tailpipe support bracket found cracked at critical weld joint
- Bees nest found in stall warning port
- All aileron hinges found warn to minimum service limits
- L&R ailerons not correctly hitting stops
- Flap motor wire harness found with an exposed wire connector in close proximity of aircraft grounding structure
- LH-fuel tank sending unit found leaking fuel
- Elevator horn bearing found warn beyond service limits
- L&R rudder/brake pedal interconnects found with several loose bolts
- LH-elevator O/B hinge appears to be binding and chafing on hinge bracket
- E.L.T battery expired 7/31/17
