1.    Wash the cover and cylinder with solvent.   
2.    Remove all traces of oil.
3.    The surfaces must be DRY  (NO OIL OR LUBE OF AMY TYPE).
4.    TORQUE 15 TO 20 INCH POUNDS.    

1.    Wash gaskets in hot soapy water.
2.    Rinse well and dry all surfaces thoroughly.
3.    Re-install using the above installation instructions.
