New Old Stock Tail Wheel Rudder Arm BA 212. I can't guarantee this is NOS, but it sure look unused to me because the markings look like casting marks not usage marks. The bolt holes are clean, there are also what I believe to be steel bushings in the spring holes. See Photos.
