New Surplus/Old stock: this is a new product and may or may not be in the original factory packaging. The packaging, which may show dirt, grease marks, felt/ink markings, labels, torn, etc. as it has been around on the shelf in my parts room for some time, And under no circumstances will the old packaging affect the new item contained inside. Most old STOCK is of metallic nature and might have minor paint scratches or other superficial marks (I will note if the item DOES) but retains it useful new character/purpose at all times.
