Good solid plane

This plane sold 12/16/18 for $15,850. Unfortunately the high bidder backed out of the deal so I'm relisting it.

I haven't flown this plane for a couple of years but it ran fine the last time I had it out. I bought an Arrow two years ago and planed to paint this plane and sell it. Unfortunately time has gotten away and now the airport I keep it at is closing. The plane has been stored in a good hanger with a concrete floor. The last annual was done July 1 of 2016. It hasn't even had 2 hrs. put on it since the annual was done. The engine and airframe have 1810.7 hrs.
It needs a paint job. My mechanic told me the air frame is in very good shape. No corrosion. The wheel pants are included.

My mechanic flew the plane to his shop yesterday, 12/17. He said it starts good and runs and flies good.

I'm willing to split the cost of having an annual done with the winning buyer so you can have a safe and legal flight home.
