***This airplane has the following flaws***
1. Side window with vent has a crack (This has been here for three years and has not gotten worse. I continue to pass inspection with it and fly with it)
2. KLN 90B GPS will not power on (has not worked in three years). This GPS is included with the airplane, but should not be considered as adding any value to the airplane.
3.This airplane had a minor gear-up/gear collapse in approximately 2006-2008 (prior to me buying the airplane in 2009). I had the engine/prop hub overhauled in 2010 soon after I bought the airplane.
