Plane has been relocated from KS to FL to be sold. The S35 is the “FAST” 35..Light and equipped with the IO-520 eng, make it a 170+kt traveler, using 12-13gph LOP. 80gal fuel allow  900+nm before refuel, 1150# useful. Yes the eng is past TBO, but part 91 has no TBO. It is based upon condition. Since clys have been OH’s, Expect 100’s of Hrs use before any eng work required. New owner can CONTINUE TO update  avionics, including new low cost AP. Paint and interior are great. At engine time maybe up grade to IO-550 for even better performance.
