During 7/2017 annual, propeller forward spinner bulkhead replaced and alternator bracket repaired. These were the only issues found and repaired.
AC has NEW spark plugs, sump drains, tires, brakes, rotors, vacuum filters, interior plastic, headliner, card compass, chronometer, and numerous additional spare parts in storage.

This aircraft is located in the Memphis, TN area at KOLV. The pilot who is bidding on this has to be an IFR rated or actively training to become IFR rated. The aircraft is actively being restored and the exterior/interior/electronics/engine maintenance fees are included in the $40.00/hr dry rate. Insurance/Airport Fees/Annual are covered in the monthly fee. The pilot who purchases this share will be expected to participate in aircraft maintenance, repairs and cleanings.
