Nice 172 Skyhawk with a clean title and it's been here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota (Midwest) it's whole life (rare)! No Corrosion. Never been in a saltwater climate like many have. Late body style 172G. These planes were built better back in the 60s before going to a thinner aluminum in later models. 7430TT 1609.7 SMOH Continental 0-300. Always hangered. Exceptional exterior airframe condition, no hail. couple spots on leading edge paint chipping and couple spots of minor dents in leading edge very common of an aircraft of this vintage. Annual October 2018. One owner since 60's before me purchasing it. Exterior 6-7, Interior 5. Great 4 place time builder. IFR panel. Easy starting plane. New Concorde battery. New front tire. Dual Comm two VORS one with glide slope, marker beacons, transponder, electric flaps. Good bird to learn instruments. Bought this plane from the estate of a friend of mine who is no longer living. I've been around and flown the plane since I started flying in 1990. Instruments are older, both radios come in Loud and Clear. The headliner could be replaced and interior isn't perfect. I have complete engine logs and AD compliance list. Up to Date Aircraft registration. No Liens. Pilot Handbook, Airworthiness Cert, as well as numerous amounts of paperwork from the past nicely organized in a briefcase that goes with the plane. Also a CD from the FAA showing every transaction in the aircraft's entire history. I'm still trying to find the original airframe logs. We started a new airframe log at the last annual this past fall. I've flown this plane around 150-200 hours with my friends and family in years past. The plane is hangered at the Sioux Falls Airport KFSD.
