This part number is faded and I cannot make out the last 1 or 2 digits for the dash number. The 10 on the front end is there, but you have to look hard to see it. Nice little switch that right now has one key, probably have some in collection to fit it. This one is simply right, left, both and of course off. Faceplate is just a bit tarnished, but looks like it will clean up well. I did not check this for continuity. But we all know Bendix is a good name and usually work well.
