This winterization kit was ordered for a Continental O-200-A with the kidney shaped oil tank. The engine was on a 1965 Cessna 150E aircraft. The oil tank cover snaps onto the oil tank and insulates it from the winter cold. The 4 pads I believe were made to snap onto the 4 fuel intake tubes but as they were never used, I cannot verify that they fit.
