Up for bid is Whelen wingtip light from my Cirrus SR20. I upgraded to LED lights and now both of my wing light assemblies are up for sale. Light assemblies will be shipped complete with all 3 bulbs, front for red or green light, rear for white and a strobe tube. Bulbs for front and rear lights are 28 volts, strobe is powered by high voltage box, which is also for sale, please see my other items. Of course these lights can be used on other make aircraft such as Mooney,  Piper or Diamond.

What makes these special for Cirrus is a wiring harness length and shielding. Standard Whelen strobe tube comes with about 4 inches wire and connector (A610 listed at $87.95 from Aircraft Spruce), so for Cirrus your mechanic will have to make that wire about 18 inches in length.  As you may know a pilot-owner is authorized by FARs to replace bulbs, but any kind of wiring must be done by certificated mechanic, which means extra charges. Buy mine for spare bulbs and tube and you will be able to do the job yourself, avoiding expensive labor charges.
