This is a 0-20,000' altimeter for use in light aircraft such as the Cessna 140.  It has the adjusting knob at the bottom in the 6'Oclock position.  It was overhauled in 2006 by the Gyro House  in CA.  It works just fine and is very accurate to within 50'.
