Used Hayes 27" S.C. Wheel Set AT-6 Texan BT-13 Stearman Warbird Antique Vintage - Very nice condition, they were media blasted and a light coat of etching primer applied. No major chips or damage, all small chips and nicks were dressed out prior to primer. Both brake drums appear to be NOS, if not they are in excellent usable condition. All races only have very minor surface rust and would polish out nicely. These would clean up, paint and make someone an excellent set of wheels. A usable set of bearings are included and appear to have been treated with some type of anti corrosive grease.
These items are purchased in bulk, they are as removed, the history, condition and airworthiness is unknown. Will need to be inspected, repaired or overhauled before use in any type of aircraft application.
