These New/Old stock tires, wheels and brake parts were recently donated to our museum. They were purchased in 1977 by a gentleman who was planning to build a Cassutt racer. That project never materialized and these items were never used. We are offering them at auction for NO RESERVE. Sorry... no international shipping.

Tires are Goodyear 5.00-5

Wheels are Cleveland 40-78B

Brakes are Cleveland 30-9

Master cylinders are Gerdes A-049-3P

In addition to Cassutt, these parts may apply to American Champ, Aviat (Pitts), Cessna 150, Grobe, McCullough J-2, Sadler A-22, Vans RV, Pulsar, Sky Aero and several others with 5” wheels. Bidders are responsible for verifying that these parts will fit their intended application, however. Everything included is shown in the listing photos. Sold as a "lot" which includes 2 tires mounted on wheels; 2 brake/axle assemblies; 2 master cylinder assemblies... for a total of 6 items.

Our items ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.Buyers in remote areas with no UPS service may request USPS shipping after sale closes. We are an IRS 501.c.3 non-profit education/charity organization dedicated to the development of young (14 to 20 year-old) technicians and aviators. Our museum and restoration facilities are funded, in part, by the proceeds from the sale of surplus and donated aircraft parts such as those offered in this listing. Bidders are encouraged to visit us and learn more about the important work we are doing with young volunteers.
