I am offering a New Pair, Left and Right, Piper J3 Cub Engine "Eyebrows". These are for the Continental C85, C90 and O200. these are different then the C65. The aluminum is a bit thicker, the manufacturing process makes it a bit more sturdy. They have been modified so it will accommodate a shield ignition. These are the best I have ever seen. 35 hours of labor, multiple steps, a number of trials, rejects and finally this. Made with factory blue prints, modified with long lasting examples, these are wonderful. Reinforced and built with durability in mind. The steel parts will be powder coated on the production run in progress. The photos don't do the eyebrows justice, but I hope you get the idea. There are sever pilot holes for fitting the eyebrows in place, so a bit of final finishing is required. These are replica parts. Made better then original. FAR 21.9 give some leeway on such parts (especially for vintage aircraft). In addition, I am working toward PMA approval. This of course is perfect for the homebuilder. I stand behind what I sell.
