Extensive Avionics Upgrades including Garmin GNS 530, ADS-B (In and out) Refurbished KCS-55 HSI and . By Corvallis Aero Service, a highly rated, full-service certified Avionics Repair Station.

Cosmetic Condition:

Cosmetic condition is flawless and looks better then new. No one has been allow to eat, drink or smoke in this aircraft. There are no visible chips, abrasions on the aircraft exterior.

I did not have time to remove the coweling for photos but the engine looks like about a 200hr engine,  Interior coweling sections have been refinished and reinforced, and look better than factory original.

Mechanical Condition:

Mechanical condition is exceptional with no squawks or issues. Extensive Logs are complete, well-documented and professionally organized in physical and electronic versions, wth additional condensed set to keep in aircraft for in-route reference.

Aircraft was maintained by three of oldest, most professional and respected maintenance facilities In the Northeast, and a comprehensive Annual Inspection was reciently completed by a highly experienced maintenance/ FAA Repair station wiht extensive Mooney experence here in the Northwest with no major squawks or issues and a very positive opinion of the general aircraft condition by the facality operator.

Aircraft has Factory Zinc Chromate corrosion proofing.  Airframe was extensively inspected for Corrosion before purchase a couple of years ago and during repaint and is remarkably clean and clear of corrosion. 

25 hour oil & filter changes. Compressions last Annual were 76-78, Oil Consumption is minimal. The one nose gear photo shows a the residue from a few flight hours.

Everything is functional and the aircraft has been remarkably trouble-free from new. Avionics and autopilot perform exceptionally well.

History:

Aircraft is free of damage history (as I recall one aileron may have been replaced or had a very minor repair due to slight trailing-edge damage during ground handling but I'll need to confirm) The aircraft has not been operated on unimproved airports.

Kept in heated or climate controlled hangers, the the aircraft is reported to have been protected from harsh environmental exposure or flown it in heavy IMC, preip or icing conditions.

NOTE: The N# was changed a couple of years ago when repainted from (N205MA) to the current N2CY, so if you do an N# history search for N2CY some sites may show history for the previous aircraft attached to that number, and you may have to check N205MA to see previous history for this aircraft.
