These reconditioned Bendix magnetos are designated 10-51360-11(right) and -12(left) ,as well as revised TCM BL-51360-29(R) and -37(L), and newer designation S4LSC-204(R) and S4LSC -21(L). Please verify using TCM Continental Ignition Systems -Publication X42002-3 dated AUG 2011 that's called a SUPPORT SERVICE MANUAL on web. Also use Kelly Aero Space cross reference magneto brochure. Lycoming Certificated and Experimental Engines of the 0-235 and 0-290 design under FAA Type Certificate (TC) E-223 for 0-235 ,and E-229 for 0-290 will specify various engines using these magnetos. Please refer to these official FAA documents for your engine type. Aircraft using 0-290 include Aero Commander 100, Piper PA-12,-18,-20, and -22. These mags came from a 135 HP 0-290 PA-22, but can be used for other HP. Reconditioning included new hardware, coils and other internal parts plus painting. Have your mechanic inspect internally for verification of new parts and operation. The magnetos have very good gears -see pictures for what is included. What you see is what you get. Rebuilt by A/P. The Lycoming 0-235 engine series including -C1A,-CA2,-E1,-E2A,-F1,F2A,-G1,-G2A,and -J2A,-K2A,-L2A,-M1, -M2C, -M3C can use these magnetos. Please verify with your mechanic or IA using TC E-223. The Lycoming 0-290 engine series including -A, -AP, -D, -D2,, -D2A, and D2B can use these magnetos. Please verify with your mechanic or IA using TC E-229. The seller does not warrant engine usage or airworthiness. The above documents are only given as references for magneto use. Buyer accepts responsibility at purchase of magnetos for determining engine type, installation, and airworthiness, and timing of magnetos. Your mechanic will have to time mags to engine according to aircraft TC specifications. Magnetos can be returned, if not satisfied, in like condition as purchased and subject to sellers internal inspection of coils, and other internal and external parts before refund is made. Do consult with your mechanic before bidding. A wrong application is not a reason for return.
