"As Removed" from a Piper Twin Comanche.

The spring that holds the outside handle flush with the door is weak, and there's some very minor surface corrosion near that area - see photos.  

Note the stopped drilled crack near upper hinge and cracks in the plastic mouldings.  The inside handle and upper latch mechanism are not included, nor is the arm rest, though it is shown in the photos.
